How to rejoin Octoplus
If you’ve landed on this page, you might have noticed that you no longer have access to Octoplus. That may be because your account no longer meets the eligibility criteria. Don’t worry - we’ll explain what’s happened and how you can rejoin if you’d like to continue enjoying all the great Octoplus benefits such as Saving Sessions, Free Electricity sessions and free weekly treats.
Why have I been removed from Octoplus?

To be part of Octoplus you need to meet three key eligibility requirements:
- Have an active electricity account
- Be on a Half-Hourly (HH) settled electricity meter (so we can track your usage accurately)
- Have an active Direct Debit (DD) set up
If any of these aren’t in place, your account won’t be able to access Octoplus any longer
Can I rejoin?
Yes! If you have an active electricity account, you can make sure your account meets the eligibility criteria again. Here’s what to do:
- Check if your direct debit has been set up - if you don’t have one, you can do this easily on your online dashboard.
- Check your meter type and if you’re sending us half-hourly meter readings. Head to your online dashboard to check if you are sending us half-hourly readings.
Once you’ve taken these steps, you’ll automatically be eligible again and can re-enrol in Octoplus.
What happens to my Octoplus points?
If you’ve been removed from Octoplus, any unused points you had will no longer be available for you to use or convert. Your points will be frozen, so you won't lose them but will need to enrol again onto Octoplus in order to access them again.
