When will you return my security deposit?
We’ll return your security deposit if you're making monthly Direct Debit payments.
If you’re up to date with your Direct Debit payments
During your first contract, we'll pay your security deposit back to you in parts. For every 25% of your contract term with us, we'll return 25% of your deposit to you.
If you're not up to date with your Direct Debit payments
We’ll hold your full deposit until we start to receive regular Direct Debit payments. We'll then begin returning 25% of your deposit after every 25% of your contract term.
In either case, as long as you’ve settled your account balance.
We’ll return your remaining deposit if:
you move to another energy provider
move out of your business property
