When will you return my security deposit?
When you'll receive your deposit back depends on whether you're up to date with your Direct Debit payments.
If you are - we'll pay your security deposit back to you in parts. For every 25% of your contract term that you stay with us, we'll return 25% of your deposit to you.
If you're not - we’ll keep your full deposit on hold until we're receiving your Direct Debit payments. We'll then begin returning 25% of your deposit after every 25% of your contract term.
In either case, you’ll receive what remains of your deposit if you move to another supplier. But, you’ll first need to make sure you’ve settled your account balance with us.
