Do I have to set up a Direct Debit?

We ask that all business customers have an active Direct Debit. 

Why should you pay via Direct Debit? 

Well, it’s the easiest way to stay on top of your energy payments:

  • You’ll only pay for the energy you use each month 

  • You’ll never miss a payment 

  • It keeps your account balance at £0 

  • It makes it easier to manage your books 

If you can’t pay via Direct Debit

We accept one-off payments via bank transfers. You can find out how to do this under ‘Paying your bill’ on the last page of your invoice

Please do not use this method if you have an active Direct Debit on your account as you could end up paying twice.
