Enter the Grantham Climate Art Prize 2023
We’re teaming up with the Grantham Institute for Climate Change and the Environment at Imperial College London to paint powerful public art across Great Britain to raise awareness about climate change and promote positive action for a better future.
The 2023 theme for the competition is "Palette for the Planet" and we are inviting young artists aged 11 – 25 from all across Great Britain to submit designs depicting a greener, cleaner world.
As we face the urgent need to take action on climate change, we believe that art can play a powerful role in inspiring positive change and promoting awareness of this critical issue.

What is The Grantham Climate Art Prize?
The Grantham Climate Art Prize is an award for young artists to communicate messages about climate change.
Art has the potential to inspire minds and touch emotions in a way that science alone often finds challenging. We felt an exchange between artists and scientists would be a worthy endeavour, and might lead to a fuller, wider appreciation of climate issues and how they can effectively be explained. We hope this prize will draw local communities together behind positive action.
