We're on a mission to drive the global renewable revolution and make green energy affordable for all. In order to succeed, we need to build a team that represents everyone in our society.

We run regular internships to show the next generation what a career in the future of energy is like, and foster greater diversity and inclusivity across our business and our industry. Studies show that less than 2% of the energy sector is made up of black professionals.

This year we're renewing our focus on encouraging better representation and diversity in energy. Following the success of our previous internship programmes over the past 4 years, we are back with paid internships across more than 10 different roles aimed at candidates who identify with any Black, Black British, African or Caribbean background. This offers valuable work experience to under-represented groups within the sector who might be encouraged to consider a career in energy.

Internships will run between 7th July 2025 and 29th Aug 2025, and will pay the Living Wage.
