I want to cancel my contract with you, do I get my advance payment back?

If you cancel your switch to us before it has been taken, we will cancel the advance payment request. If you wish to cancel your contract with us after you’ve come on supply and before your contract end date, we reserve the right to keep part of or all of the advance payment to cover any outstanding debit on your account, and/or to cover any additional costs due to early termination.
