What do we need?
We’re looking for a strategic marketing lead to work embedded within our in-house creative team. You’ll be responsible for the full spectrum of activity, from brand to acquisition to CRM, and across digital and non digital channels - you could be launching a new product or service with one of our partners, creating your own TV ad, or building award winning mobile experiences. Or quite probably all of the above and more. You will lead an agile team of world class designers, copywriters and front end developers, but with our flat structure, bounce ideas daily off everyone from the Creative Director to the CEO.
You’ll need to know your AdWords from your AdSmart but we don’t want a traditional marketer entrenched in process and reliant on agencies. We need someone with a insatiable fascination for understanding consumer behaviour, a driving curiosity for the new and the innovative and an relentlessly irrepressible focus on the detail - someone who can take their own blue sky idea and lead the full stack team to implement a complete solution or spend hours compulsively picking over the detail of something to make it better.
