We’re expanding our Acquisition team in London. The Acquisition team are responsible for our 3rd party relationships with Field Sales, Telesales and Price Comparison website partners. We’re looking for a Reporting analyst to join our Commercial function in London. You will produce and deliver all reporting for the Acquisition team covering sales, churn and quality metrics.

What you'll do

  • Monitor & analyse performance metrics and provide insights to sales leader(s) so that they can optimise sales team resources & increase sales effectiveness
  • Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for internal & external use, focusing on Field Sales (Direct, SOLUS), Telesales and Price Comparison sites
  • Manager Price comparison site rate cards and tariffs
  • Optimise sales team resources & increase sales effectiveness
  • Work with sales managers to set sales targets and verify sales commission calculations
  • Working with Data Science, Tech and Finance teams to maintain data quality, accuracy of pipeline and sales forecast reporting through driving best practices
  • Review and interpret regular reports & trend analysis for consumption by the sales management team (monthly & quarterly business reviews)

What you'll need

  • Excellent Excel skills, additional data and programming capability (SQL, Python) not essential but would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of using Google drive (docs, sheets & slides)
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to translate complex data into accessible formats
  • Reconcile sales figures to pay commissions for agents
  • Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver to tight deadlines
